  • You will be charged at closing. You can view your current rate by clicking into Settings and then Payment Methods.

  • Fees to pay at close range from 0-8%. This is a one-time flat fee added to their total spend. Your clients can see their estimated rate by visiting www.gotitus.com/estimate/mm-triad-photography.

  • No, paying at close does not impact credit. Titus will only report a customer to the credit bureaus in the case that they do not repay Titus.

    • For homeowners, after 6 months you can either repay or extend for another 6 months at an 16% annual interest rate. If your home doesn’t sell within that time, you’ll need to repay the loan.

    • For agents, after 6 months you can either repay or roll the expense to another commission for an additional fee.

  • Application and Approvals

    Titus performs a soft credit pull during the application process, so there’s no impact on the borrower’s credit score when applying or getting approved. The soft credit pull allows us to view the applicant's credit score to determine an interest rate. We can also see a homeowner's mortgage balance to determine loan to value. 

    Loan Default

    If a borrower defaults on the loan or fails to repay, Titus may report the delinquency to credit bureaus, which could negatively affect credit.

Pay at close

At close of escrow, a payoff request will be sent to the title/escrow company or closing attorney. Titus will be paid from sale proceeds plus a low flat fee.
